Typically, the most extensive cleaning of your swimming pool is the first of the season. With this in mind, Seasonal World has developed the Spring Cleaning package to assist pool owners in making the pool swim ready so that the pool is enjoyable as fast as possible.

Seasonal World’s Spring Cleaning  includes the following scope of work:

      • Cleaning of swimming pool scum line around the perimeter of the swimming pool, which is inclusive of entry steps, swim outs, love seats, etc.
      • Inspection of swimming pool equipment to insure proper functionality.
      • Visual inspection of swimming pool’s interior surface.
      • All skimmer baskets, pump strainer baskets, and ADR canister baskets will be emptied and cleaned to insure proper water flow.
      • Pool surface will be hand skimmed and pool walls and steps areas will be brushed.

Please Note: Included in this package is up to 25 minutes of surface skimming and brushing. In the event that additional time is needed or requested, there will be a labor charge of $32.50 which is billed in 15-minute increments.

      • Hand vacuum of the swimming pool and step areas.

      • Filtration system will be checked for proper pressure levels.

Please Note: In the event that filter system has a cartridge style filter and it is discovered that the cartridges are in need of a cleaning, Seasonal World will contact the Property Owner to advise and additional fees will apply if this service is performed by Seasonal World. In the event that filtration system needs adjustment for correct pressure reading, an additional charge of $35.00 will be applied to sand or D.E. which includes a complete backwashing.

      • On site water analysis with detailed report.

Please Note: No chemicals are included in the Spring Cleaning. Seasonal World can provide chemicals that are needed per the water analysis. Cost for chemicals provided by Seasonal World is outlined in Seasonal World’s Current Chemical Price List. Property Owner also has the option to provide chemicals. If Property Owner elects to have Seasonal World add chemicals provided by the Property Owner an additional charge of $25.00 will incurred
