The primary week is generally defined as the preferred week choice that you would like the service scheduled for. While the secondary week is defined as the alternative choice if the primary week is not available. The primary and secondary week selections cannot be identical. Seasonal World will look to schedule the service for the primary week choice first based on current availability. If that week is not available, then Seasonal World will look to schedule the service for the secondary week choice also based on current availability. Once your service is scheduled by Seasonal World, you will be sent a separate confirmation to the email address that you provide.
Please understand that Seasonal World cannot take service requests for specific dates, days of the week, or times. Each service will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis based on current availability and resources required to perform the services.
Seasonal World will make every possible attempt to accommodate your primary and then secondary weeks selections but none of those weeks are guaranteed even though your cart or request may reflect a specific choice.
